This is a website dedicated to documenting the setup and ongoing journey of La Découverte bilingual programme in Christchurch, from its early days to the present. Having photos and stories truly brings the experience to life, showcasing the evolution of the program and the people involved. This kind of historical record is so important for: Celebrating achievements: Highlighting milestones and successes of the program. Inspiring others: Showing how a bilingual program can be established and thrive. Preserving memories: Creating a lasting archive for students, teachers, parents, and the wider community. Providing context: Offering insights into the challenges and triumphs faced during its development. Apologies in advance for any errors and/or omissions.
